My client is a well established IT System Integrator provider HQ in Singapore. Due to expansion, their Thailand office is looking for System Engineer (Post Sales) personnel urgently.
System Engineer (Post Sales)
Responsibilities:
- Post Sales services: - sales, delivery, installation of product or service & IT Solution.
- Support the customer in the use of products or service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and fault corrective actions are properly recorded and carried out
- Work closely with sales teams
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties tasks
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science or IT with Minimum 1 year experience in IT industry,
- Post-sales experience in the IT industry is highly preferable
- Experience in Server system covering Windows 2000/2003 server, Exchange 2000/2003/2007, Active Directory, VMware, Antivirus software.
- Good command of English
- Salary Package Offer : Basic + Fixed Allowances
- Operation: 5 days work
- Location: Rama Road, Huaykwang
