Secreterial:
Responsible for preparing the sales reports on monthly basis
To prepare correspondence, reports and other documents in English and French.
To keep files and improve the Department’s filing system.
To record and redirect mail and other correspondence.
To keep computerized databases up to date, to enter, to retrieve and present data using office computer systems.
To take part in the organization and the follow-up of meetings, conferences and events.
To maintain contact with other departments; to follow up work and deadlines.
Support staff in assigned project based work.
To handle petty cash
Medical Rep.:
1.Developing adequate professional relations with identified customers to help them identify situations where they can prescribe / dispense / use our products for the benefit of their customers
2.Convincing the identified customers to prescribe / dispense / use identified products so as to generate sales turnover
3.Obtain and maintain latest information about Doctors, Pharmacists, Hospitals, Institutions, Officials of the Health Services, Social Security, Audit & Inspection Departments to support development and implementing marketing & sales strategies.
4.Understanding the company image, marketing & sales plans, job responsibilities, territory / product / competitor knowledge, quantitative and qualitative targets, distributor and its sales force performance and using this to achieve pre-determined targets.
5.Ensure proper product availability and inventory, territory coverage, reporting & feedback and fulfilling the requirements as instructed by the company with the consent of the concerned Supervisor.
6.Responsible for maintaining all company’s belongings and making proper use of these in the best interest of the company.
7.monitoring competitor activity and competitors` products
8.Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams.
9.making presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors, and pharmacists in the retail sector. Presentations may take place in medical settings during the day or may be conducted in the evenings at a local hotel or conference venue;
10.organizing conferences for doctors and other medical staff;
11.managing budgets (for catering, outside speakers, conferences, hospitality, etc);
12.keeping detailed records of all contacts and reaching (and if possible exceeding) annual sales targets;
13.planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the area sales manager. Generally, medical sales executives have their own regional area of responsibility and plan how and when to target health professions;
14.working with team managers to plan how to approach contacts and creating effective business plans for making sales in a particular area.

Skills Required:: |
-Good typing skills and computer literate.
-English mother tongue and excellent command of French. Knowledge-of other languages would be an asset.
-Personal Profile • Ability to collaborate harmoniously within a team of people from various cultures.
-Skills to work under pressure.
-Ability to work in an organized and methodical way.
-Good understanding of the administrative procedures.
-Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills
