Responsible for all construction operations, monitoring superintendents in the field, profit and loss, estimating, and following all projects through successful closeout. Ideal candidate will have 15 or more years in construction, with progressive management abilities on commercial, healthcare, and school projects up to $50 million dollars in value. |
Skills Required:: |
Bachelor`s Degree in Construction or Architecture.
Bilingual English/Spanish
Excellent communication skills.
Must have some healthcare construction experience. |
