Description: The incumbent will sell business applications software/solutions (and related services, i.e. consulting and customer product training) to both new and existing customers. Manages a diverse territory with several hundred potential and existing customers representing the Auto, Aerospace, Industrial Automation, Communications, Electronics, Semiconductor, Financial and Biotech/Pharmaceutical industries.
Responsibilities:
· Work with existing customers to extend the adoption of the company’s development platform
· Through various means of prospecting, identify new potential customers who are yet to adopt the company’s tool offerings
· Manage the entire sales process including prospect qualification, proof of concept delivery and value justification
· Allocate appropriate technical sales support resources
· Develop and execute strategic territory account plans. This will include the allocation of appropriate technical sales support resources
· Effectively present technical and business value propositions to existing and potential clients
· Monitor the progress of sales opportunity throughout the sales process (i.e. forecasting)
· Leverage cross functional teams to develop and implement account specific strategies
· Meet monthly/quarterly/annual revenue objectives

Skills Required:: |
Qualifications: The incumbent must possess strong written and verbal (Japanese & English) skills.
1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Japanese descent
3. Direct sales experience
4. Experience in managing business using a CRM system
5. Experience in penetrating new markets and developing new business
6. Proven record of accomplishment and over-achievement of performance objectives
