An International telecom company seeks to hire qualified professional as a:
RF Field Works technician/Engineer:
Role Purpose:
To carry out and assist in RF works related to antenna and cable installation/testing and RF tests (technician or engineer for assistant of planner or designer).
Responsibilities:
Operational
• Installs and adjusts radio GSM Antennas
• Participates in site antenna and cable acceptance with sub-contractors
• Detects and records the problems of cables and/or antennas and makes the necessary corrections
• Proposes and carries out the corrective actions to remediate to the identified failure concerning the antennas and cables of the sites in service
• Implement recommendations requested by the optimization team (Azimuth, tilts, etc…)
• Performs spectrum field measurements to identify and locate external sources of interference.

• Ensures confidentiality of information
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Diploma
• Technical diploma in Telecoms or Electronics
- Experience
• At least two years of experience in the Technical field
- Skills
• Knowledge of tools related to antennas equipments : spectrum analyser, TDR, power meter, Site master
• Knowledge of numerical measurements tools (TEMS).
• Ability to climb towers (Good head for heights)
• Analytical skills
• Willing to travel all over Lebanon
• Team Spirit
• Good communication skills
