Academic Advisors who have completed the comprehensive training course are here to answer questions related to both online and campus degree programs, career opportunities, and any other areas pertaining to adults who are considering a return to school .The Advisor will reinforce an individual’s decision to return to school and after going through the qualification process will help match the prospective student directly to a University or College which meets their needs to the fullest extent.

Requirements
1)Major Responsibilities:
• Receive 70-80 inbound calls daily and make outbound follow up calls to prospective candidates that have expressed interest through the internet.
• Provide up to date knowledge of schools, programs, procedures, careers, financial aid options, and any other service provided by Advising. Training provided.
• Ensure qualitative and quantitative objectives are achieved.
• Assist in testing of new strategies.
• Continuously monitor and track metrics for comparative analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills Required:: |
1.) Required Knowledge and Experience:
• Education/Enrollment/Admissions experience is a must (1 years)
• Excellent communication skills
• Above-average personable phone demeanor
• Ability to learn degree programs, career choices, financial aid etc.
• Self-directed work ethic
• Attitude should be open to all changes involved in a rapidly evolving business
• Ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment
2.) • Hours of operation are as followed
Monday- Friday 9AM-11PM
Saturdays 9AM-6PM
Multiple Fulltime and Part-time shifts available
(additional 5%-10% hourly incentive offered for night shift employees)
3.) Education
• Associates Degree (currently in college or have attended college)
Incentives:
Full-time/Part Time
• Hourly base rate from $12 - $15 an hour
• Hourly Incentives $1-$4 an hour
•Weekly/ Monthly incentives
