| Job Description: |
~Primarily responsible for system implementation, support and roubleshooting any technical issues for telephony system.
~Maintaining current customers base & expand new customers database.
~Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of all telephony equipments.
~Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor`s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
~Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
~Other language(s): Chinese
~Experience working in a telehphone cost saving solutions company would be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
~Possess strong interpersonal skills with good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Possess high responsibility for the work. |
