Taiwanese & Japanese PCB Technical Director
Founded in 1996,We are a professional PCB and FPC manufacturer with headquater located in Futian district which is electronic center of Shenzhen ,having a staff of 1500£¬owning five branch companies
After more than 10 years of development, Our annual revenue has reached 30 million USD in 2007,30 times more than 1million USD in 1997. We were awarded as top 10 fastest-developing enterprises by the LangGang government in 2007. The sales target in 2008 is 50 million USD, we are planning to establish SMT production line to provide integrated EMS within 3 years in the effort of building us into a comprehensive ,diversified ,fastest electronic manufacturing magnate
Now we are looking for a Taiwanese or Japanese PCB Technical Director urgently
The below are the requirements:
1/ 8 years (or above) PCB industry technic experience, bachelor degree or above
2/ Over 3 years¡¯ department management experience in PCB industry, 1 year or above successful Vice General Manager experience in Medium-size enterprises in PCB industry (600 employees or above, production about 20K-30K square meters )
3/ Excellent team leader, good ability for innovation
4/ Good strategic planning ability
5/ Good English or Japanese ability are both okay, those with good Chinese ability preferred
Responsibilities:
1/ PCB, FPC technical or technological development
2/ Technical Team management
3/ Strategic technic planning for our group

Skills Required:: |
1/ At least 2 years experience in Module sales ¨C PV industry
2/ Previous position should be Director or Vice President or above
2/ At least 5 years¡¯ key account sales, project sales or marketing experience in Europe or North America
3/ Experienced in PV, solar energy industry
4/ Age between 26-45
5/ Bachelor degree or above
6/ Those not in Chinese are also welcome |
