HP Service Manager Engineer (1056 - 2115)
1 Year Contract In Plano, TX 75024

Rate :- $45/Hr On W2
Note :- This is a Technical engineering position.
Descritpion :-
HP Service Manager (SM) engineer to assist with the configuration, implementation and deployment of HP Service Manager into the development, test, and production environments.
The HP Service Manager engineer will also assist with the integration of HP Service Manager with HP uCMDB, HP Asset Center, and HP Openview.
The SM Engineer must have practice implementation experience with the following SM modules:
1. Incident Management Module
2. Problem Mangaement Module
3. Request Management Module
4. Service Catalog
Skills :-
1. Superb technical skills with installation, configuring, and management of HP Peregrine v4/v5/v6, HP Service Manager technology v7.x, HP IIA (under SM 7.1), ConnectIT, Web
Services, and SDKAUto.
2. Superb analysis and troubleshooting skills.
3. Infrastructure and Application development experience, baseline support experience, demonstrated customer communication skills, and excellent interpersonal communications.
4. Previous experience with IT Service Management deployment or initiatives.
5. Good Team leadership and management skills.
6. ITIL Foundation certified or equivalent experience.
7. Experience with Project Lifecycle Methodologies.
8. 5+ years experience developing and supporting tools and/or applications in a large, complex, multi-customer IT organization.
9. Undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Math preferred.
Qualifying Questions:- Responses as concise as possible.
1. Has the candidate demonstrated at least five years of current technical experience with the installation, configuration, and deployment of HP Peregrine/Service Center
v4.x/v5.x, HP Service Center v6.2, and/or HP Service Manager v7.x? What Service Manager Modules are you most experienced with (ranking 1 - 10, 10 highest)?
2. Has the candidate demonstrated providing infrastructure support and management of HP Peregrine/Service v4.x/v5.x, HP Service Center v6.2, and/or HP Service Manager v7.x
3. Has the candidate demonstrated awareness or experience with the ITIL framework as it relates to Incident, Change, and Problem Management?
4. If you had to bring data from a separate table to a screen in Sm7 how would you do it?
5. If you were going to set up a new interface in SM7 using Connectit, what are some of the steps? |
