• One IMPACS (IM) Lead
• Perform development work on their application while
Leading others in a project setting
• Mentor new hires with their project work
Required skills:
3+ years of Systematics experience, mainframe programming
10+ Years of Mainframe programming experience (COBOL, JCL, MVS, CICS)
Nice to have Skill:
US Business of Banking experience

Additional Skills Required: Significant Systematics Experience (Applications: ALS-SM, GN, IM, RM/SC, ST), Good communication skills, ability to lead formal training classes, mentoring experience
