Topic: Financial Management of Decentralized Demand Driven Technical and Vocational Education and Training TVET Centres
Participant Target Group: Managers and heads of departments of Training Centres and Centres of Competence
Task: to run 5 times 5-days course on the above topic, preliminary planned for October / November 2009 and June / July 2010 in Cairo
Number of man days: 32
Requirements:
Good knowledge of the topic as a consultant, policy expert or manager of a training institution
Experience as an adult trainer
Preferably international experience as a consultant or trainer
English language skills
