Our client is searching for a CRM Manager to work within the Marketing Team, and help plan, develop and maintain all aspects of customer communication, covering all products and territories.
You will be responsible for the development of the company’s Marketing Retention strategies. You will work on the customer Profiling, Segmentation and data mining to produce targeted and timely campaigns and monitoring and analysing results for all promotions and CRM initiatives. You will work on the development and management of loyalty and retention programmes for all products across each brand. You will work with a sympathetic approach to the brands, the countries and the products in our remit.
You will be a graduate with at least three years experience in CRM management, preferably within the online gaming affiliate sector. HTML skills and CRM database management skills are a must.

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and hard-working individual who is comfortable working in a hands-on role with excellent planning, organisational and analytical skills. Enthusiasm for and knowledge of the betting/gaming sector is a must and sporting knowledge essential. |
