| Job Description: |
• The general purpose of this role is to maximize and enhance the customer and sales experience across both pre-sales and post-sales activites.
• Act as interface between customer (Internal /External) and the company, setting realistic expectations, resolving fullfillment related problems and providing support to customer ensuring high level of satisfaction in any of the following areas: master records, order, contract, billing, supply, inventory and accounts receivable management.
• Respond to customer fulfillment queries and ensure satisfaction with fulfillment practices while coordinating communications with customers and work with counterparts to resolve customer disputes and problems.
• Ensure compliance to all audit guidelines and adhere to all established processes and assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor`s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Minimum CGPA 3.0 or Second Class Upper.
• Possess professional knowledge related to the fulfillment position and team.
• Able to quickly absorb professional knowledge. Have proficient IT skills to perform job required.
• Able to provide clear, concise and informative written/oral communications. Accurately exchanges data with internal and external customers.
• Able to collaborate with others to carry out assigned responsibilities and negotiates as required.
• Knowledge of a second language (Mandarin/Cantonese, Korean, Japanese, Spanish, French, or German) would be helpful in some situations.
• Able to work on public holidays and weekend as and when business required and commence work in short notice.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya and should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
