„« The purpose of ADEN Services shall be to achieve satisfactory economic returns for the Company by the activities defined by the Management Board.
„« The main business scope of ADEN Services shall be the activities directly related to facility management services for buildings, factories, hotels, schools, etc.
„« The Company services and servicing methods are determined to meet the international standards and to satisfy technical requirements of Vietnam
Main responsability will be to develop and manage the Vietnam Business Development departments =
Sales Coaching
Centralize the prospects; prepare marketing and sales offers to clients by working jointly with sales team on the recommendation and the production of overall commercial documents, i.e. presentations, proposals, contracts, etc.
Sales development
Participate in the development of the business projects Department
Be responsible for the Business Development team to reach the yearly target
Marketing research
Plan, coordinate and implement quantitative and qualitative market research studies on relevant segments in cooperation with the Marketing & Sales Administration Manager.
Monitor Competition
Be aware of the market competition in order to anticipate the actions of competitors
Sales Coaching

Training
Organize and implement the sales training sessions for team member of the Business Development Department
Participate in building a sales and marketing corporate culture by stimulating commitment spirit
