Job Summary :-
Designs new applications/systems and evaluates existing systems for improvements.
Ensures that all systems have sufficient metrics exist to evaluate performance and operational integrity.
Responsible for conducting retrospectives and implementing continuous improvement exercises.
Focused on increasing efficiencies within the SDLC.
Essential Functions :-
Provide technical insight and oversight for Product and Engineering teams
Evaluate emerging technologies and best practices
Review SDLC practices and implementations
Establish roadmaps for technology integrations
Develop ROI analysis for internal practices
Additional Responsibilities :-
Evangelize improvements in technology and procedures
Provide mentoring and leadership for all technical resources
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :-
Web design/development in multiple technologies, ie PHP, ASP.NET, MVC, RoR
Strong networking, operating system, software, and hardware knowledge
RDBMS experience at either development or support roles
Exceptional problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical personnel
Ability to build and support statistical models for performance analysis
Qualifications, Training, and Experience :-
3+ years enterprise architecture experience or 3+ years of development and 3+ years of systems engineering experience.
Participation in professional associations
Entrepreneurial initiative
