Job Requirements
• Perform all aspects of the Accounts Payable Cycle
• Track insurance for all vendors and subs
• State and municipal registrations
• Filing
• Help fill in for the receptionist while he/she is away from desk
• Credit card administrator
• Cash receipts posting
• Create, send, and track lien waivers – release checks when appropriate
• Enter payments into system software
• Perform other multiple tasks as directed

Qualities:
Must be thoroughly knowledgeable in Accounting and Accounting Principals
Ability to adapt and learn quickly
Willing to take on additional tasks and Processes in an accountable manner
Excellent communication and oral skills
Prefer experience in accounting software & Microsoft Office
