They are in search of self-driven Software Professionals who can proactively identify critical challenges and opportunities across the team and across all areas of the product and be self-directed to plan and execute to tackle them.
Position Description:
• The BASIS Administrator is responsible for working both independently and as part of a team to plan and establish the SAP landscape and related components to enable the solution set and integration points with non-SAP systems.
• The individual will have IT BASIS expertise and awareness of other related technical areas such as development, configuration, and security.
• The individual will report to the BASIS Manager and coordinate with Global Infrastructure in building out and supporting the SAP landscape environment
Required Skills:
• Bachelor`s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of SAP and BASIS/Netweaver.
• The SAP Basis Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of the Basis component of SAP systems and will assist in the planning, designing and architecting of my SAP systems across a variety of platforms and databases. Individuals should be capable of working independently or in teams and have the ability to effectively communicate with customers to gain insight and develop solutions to meet their business needs.
• The Sap Basis Administrator installs support packs, conducts upgrades, backups/recovery, system refresh and troubleshooting as well as administers databases, conducts failover of production systems, and monitors and ensures performance of SAP systems.
