Rate :- $25 - $30/Hr On W2
Description :-
This is a level II production support role.
Electronic Commerce Baseline Support
Interested candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience in an EDI Production Support role.
The qualified candidate will have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and be able to work efficiently in an EDI environment.
Applicant should have experience and knowledge of EDI transaction processing.
Candidates must be familiar with the industry communication methods.
This role requires someone to handle a wide range of EDI skills and be self motivated to find solutions to problems.
Candidates must be willing to solve problems and follow up with customers that problems have been solved.
Escalate issues to manager that require urgent attention
Able to React Promptly to email, phone calls and system alert messages.
Must be able to follow documented procedures to succeed in this support role.
Interface with trading partners and business users with a professional attitude.
Execute a high volume of work with accuracy.
Rotate on call responsibilities with team.
Follow up skills are essential for this role.
Knowledge of EDI transactions
Familiar with communication methods used in EDI industry
GXS experience is a plus
Experience working in a 24/7 enterprise environment
OS-AIX, Intel and Unix-AIX
Problem Solving
Customer service attitude
