The candidate will function as a senior analyst and must possess the ability to work in both a team environment and independently manage his/her time and deliverables effectively. Candidates should possess the ability to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment and be detail and deadline oriented.
Work with key business partners ( IT, Telecom, Legal, Partners etc.) to conduct root cause analysis on technical issues impacting performance and communicate findings and resolution to Workforce Planning and Contact Center Operations teams.
Interpret and analyze business requirements and design and implement appropriate solutions.
Must be able to provide effective leadership within the scope of project management and the ability to take direction to coincide with company policy, process, and procedure
