We are currently seeking a Systems Sales Manager for our Amsterdam, Netherlands office.
This position will create and identify objectives, strategies, and action plans for the sales function that will produce optimum profitability. Additional responsibilities include measuring the existing markets and companys share, expand share of existing market and identify new markets and customer needs.
Essential Duties AND Responsibilities:
Collaborates with Marketing Manager in establishing and recommending strategies to attain sales goals for the company
Formulates and controls budgets for sales promotion expenses
Ensures successful implementation and effective use of sales policies
Establishes and maintains close personal contact with customers
Interprets long and short-term effect on sales strategies in operating profit
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
Analyzes and reviews sales force performance
Establishes and implements sales training program
Develops new customers within existing market and target new markets
Reviews variable expenses periodically to assure justifications for expenses

Skills Required:: |
Training AND/OR Experience:
Three to four years experience in a sales/customer facing oriented position
IT/MIS experience/background required
Four (4) years of direct management experience
Experience with Business Systems
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Must currently reside in Amsterdam or be willing to relocate.
Customer service oriented
Energetic, driven, results oriented
Thorough knowledge of companys products
Ability to analyze situations and provide recommendations
Excellent communication skills
Written and spoken fluency in English
Ability to work with International teams
Willingness to travel
Education:
Bachelors Degree in sales/marketing or related field
