The Trainer will deliver practical and theoretical training sessions to technical audiences in Beijing in support of carriers and end-users/partners. Trainer should be able to deliver tier 1 technical training – this would be beneficial. Audience will be a typical IT Admin learner. Trainer will be responsible for staying current on solution specific technologies and will be capable of working effectively in a mobile environment as the majority of time is spent on the road.
Trainer will deliver sessions on a range of handheld device solutions and training also may be delivered to internal support staff. An ability to deliver some sales training is beneficial – preference is for a technical trainer to have some sales in their background/experience, as at times, the course may be geared towards also selling and promoting the product (though not the main focus for this trainer).
