Our client within the IT industry is looking to recruit a Technical Support Representative based in Malta. Special preference will be given to candidates that are fluent in writing and reading of French or Spanish and or German.
The candidate chosen will form part of the company’s Technical Support Team, assisting customers worldwide with any issues they may have with our products.
The candidate must enjoy helping people, and should be switched on and quick to learn new technologies, willing work with cutting edge technologies such as Windows 2000/2003/2008, mail servers, database engines, network security and firewalls, while offering high end technical support by phone and email.

Skills Required:: |
Experience:
An MCP, experience in systems administration, and/or working experience in a Microsoft Windows Server System product environment will be considered assets.
As the post involves communicating with people from all over the world, you should be fluent in spoken and written English and one of the languages mentioned above.
Knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered an asset. This is a full-time post. |
