Principal Accountabilities (key Performance Areas)
Customer complaint handling and product failure investigation till final reports.
Resolving product issues with respect to plastic piping and fittings.
Plan routine /long term type testing for approvals and licensing of approval schemes.
Liase with other Departments on Quality and Technical Standard Related Issues.
Liase with Third Party Inspectorates ,Consultants and Govt. Bodies for Product Approvals.
Execution/Planning of Quality Plan as per the project
Knowledge of Spool, Isometric Drawings and techniques for various plastic pipes and fabricated products.
QA/QC inspection, documentation, design forms and write procedures in line to the manufacturing standards and Qm.
Technical Requirements:
Experience in Quality Control of PVC,PE,PP,ABS and GRP.Products.
Well versed with Technical standards such as BS,ASTM,DIN,EN and ISO
Related to plastics and code of practices.
Technical knowledge about mechanical fittings,valves and related piping accessories.
Have an aptitude for control of calibration on testing & measuring equipments.
Working knowledge related to site activities in projects.
Experience in interacting with customers on technical and customer complaint issues.
Proficient in Methodical, Analytical, Statistical Calculations.

Qa/qc and iso9001:2000 procedures and systems.
Supervisory/planning skills in manufacturing industry and site projects.
Expert in technical standards related to plastic pipes and fittings.
Good knowledge of processing plastic pipes and fittings.
Customer complaint handling and finalization of reports.
Driving license :
Valid uae driving license is a must.
