Provides customer, application and technical support by collecting trouble tickets, analyzing issues, carrying out solutions, escalating issues, and tracking to completion. The candidate must have basic PC and MAC support experience. The candidate will provide day-to-day support assistance to Client agencies, Public Schools and contractor personnel for the district procurement application (Ariba). The candidate will also provide day-to-day support to Agency employees accessing HR/PeopleSoft applications. The candidate must have a working knowledge of Help Desk and Desktop Support, experience with problem determination, trouble-shooting, and resolution. The preferred candidate must have excellent customer service skills. The Enterprise Apps Support Tier 1 Tech functions under the Call Center Customer Care Director.
Must be able to keep calm and composed in the face of client distress and hostility. Must be able to interact with co-workers.
