For their office in Sofia they are willing to attract:
Dutch speaking associates for an international company
Your Responsibilities will be:
To provide support and help to customers about company`s products over toll free company telephone lines
To handle all the incoming Customers` e-mails and telephone inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, in order to assure Customer satisfaction connected
To communicate with colleagues and taking care that the calls are routed to the right support groups and persons.
Main Requirements:
Very good command of The Following Languages:
Dutch
English
Command of some of the other European languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish etc.) will be considered as an advantage
Ability to communicate with people and solving customer queries over phone or Internet
MS Office skills
Some experience in service sector or in a call/support centre will be a great plus.
