Italian speaking customer representative!
What will be your responsibilities?
To provide support and help to customers about company`s products over toll free company telephone lines
To communicate with colleagues and taking care that calls are routed to the right support groups
To handle all incoming Customer e-mails and telephone inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
The main requirements are:
Excellent command of The Following Languages:
Italian
English
Command of some of the following European languages (Spanish, French, Dutch, etc.) will be a plus
Some experience in service sector or in call/ support centre will be advantage.
Ability to communicate with people over phone or Internet
