Business & Finance Consulting (BFC), specializing in microfinance development and consulting, offers a challenging job opportunity for an International MSE Credit Adviser/Team Leader.
Duty station: Russia
Job responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of new MSE lending approaches in partner banks
• Coordinate the introduction and implementation of innovative loan products and procedures
• Train staff, including front, back office and middle management
• Perform credit portfolio and risk analysis, and recommend corrective actions
• Advise on and support the regional expansion of MSE lending
• Introduce modern Human Resources Management and training programs
• Conduct credit committees
• Advise middle and senior management of partner institutions
• Coordinate short term experts
• Develop and maintain relationship with key stakeholders
• Negotiate with middle and senior management on branch and head office levels

Skills Required:: |
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years international experience in implementing innovative MSE lending operations
• Solid experience in leading positions involving managing large teams or projects
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in international development finance projects
• Strong analytical and communication skills (spoken and written)
• Excellent team player, dynamic and with initiative
• Fluency in English, knowledge of Russian is an asset
• Cultural sensitivity
