We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Project Manager in Romania to work on a range of infrastructure projects within a dynamic and professional team. To be successful in this role you will need fantastic communications skills, a results driven attitude and experience in the delivery of complex major infrastructure projects and have a sound knowledge of Project Management Principles!
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the overall Project Management control and execution of contract
• Define project milestones and identify risks and implement mitigation plans
• Plan, direct, supervise and control all aspects of projects
• Assign key staff to be accountable for the execution of project plans
• Develop budgets, schedules and plans for various projects to meet or exceed project goals
• Monitor and report on the progress of all projects
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in the delivery of complex major infrastructure projects preferably in roads & bridges
• Knowledge and experience with FIDIC contracts
• Ability to build and lead multi-disciplinary project teams
• Ability to estimate, budge and manage the financial aspects of projects
• Ability to plan, program and coordinate work, manage risks and make informed decisions regarding project delivery
• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum 10 years solid construction management background, experience in project management, contract management, project scheduling
• Out of work will be required and travel may be required
• Current drivers license essential
Reward: Our client is willing to reward accordingly for your concrete background in construction management offering the chance to negotiate a senior remuneration package commensurate with your Construction Management experience, between 5000-7000 Euro/month
