| Job Description: |
• Responsible for the management of all administrative and operational issues.
• Anticipating the needs of the company and setting up or modifying the

• Acting as a link between the staff and the management.
• Writing reports, data compilation and processing correspondence requests.

- A graduate of 4 years business course
- Experienced in General Office Administration
- Skilled in operating a PC, Printer, Fax, and other office equipments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English, high standard written English needed. Fluent in Tagalog and Mandarin.
- Excellent pleasing personality.
