| Job Description: |
A Technical Manager is required for a Healthcare Organization in Dubai
Purpose:
The Technical Manager has overall responsibility for all pharmaceutical and technical aspects for the organization`s Healthcare with specific reference to regulatory, pharmacovigilance and quality.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Science / medical degree;
• 10 years General pharmaceutical experience with a good understanding of manufacturing and regulatory together with a small component of quality;
• Sound understanding of the regulatory and supply chain matters in MENA and be able to advise the best way forward e.g. manufacturing location, reference pricing etc;
• Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills – fluency in English – Arabic or French as an additional language preferable;
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Specific Outcomes / Accountability:
• Manage all technical / pharmaceutical matters for Organizations Healthcare under guidance from the l Technical Manager;
• Oversee all technical transfers and in region manufacturing of the organizational products portfolio;
• Integrate regulatory and manufacturing activity relating to the Organization`s products;
• Identify suitable manufacturers for manufacture of products where required;
• Problem solving in terms of manufacturing issues encountered with Organization`s products;
• Oversee and implement product optimizations and API changes to xxxx Global products as directed;
• Identify primary and secondary packers for xxxxl products where required;
• Liaise with sending site in technical transfers to ensure process is undertaken in terms of xxxx group requirements;
• Assist with the various site registrations required in the region for xxxx products;
• Identify all regulatory requirements in the regions and advise the Group and xxxx technical personnel of such requirements;
• Manage the regulatory affairs department in terms of xxx products;
• Ensure all product licenses for xxxl are transferred to the relevant marketing authorization holder;
• Ensure all renewals and license payments are made timorously;
• Ensure all compliance requirements are met on the xxxx Global products;
