Key responsibilities
Develop and prepare project descriptions, specification (preliminary plot plan and mechanical) and process flow diagram.
Perform project cost estimation based on budget
Prepare Bid Package (include basic design)
Tender evaluation
Prepare Project Execution Plan and Procedure
Control cost on project execution phase
Produce overall Project Schedule and monitor work progress
Review consultant and contractor engineering documents, drawings and specifications.
Liaison with local authorities concerned as the need arises
Evaluate variation proposal for additional / variation work
Monitor the quality of Contractor work and safety performance
Prepare monthly status / progress report for submission to management.
Assist development of commissioning plans and operating procedures for company staff.
Ensure proper project filing and records

Skills Required:: |
Skills and experience required
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering
MUST have 5 years relevant experience gained from a Petrochemical Storage Terminal, EPC or OIL & GAS industry.
Familiar with Terminal storage tank, piping system, electrical and instrumentation engineering work, such as power distribution system, field instrumentation, control system, DCS / SCADA system, etc.
Experience related to project co-ordination will be an added advantage.
Candidates with successful track record in Project Management and leading project teams will be considered for Project Manager positions. |
