Operations Manager (2X)
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and scheduling, integrating processes horizontally over multiple shifts, establishing activities directed at work flow continuity & balance (e.g. shift schedules, requisition of materials, equipment availability)
Responsible for operations personnel administration and manpower deployment & development (e.g., job rotation for supervisors and key staff, and identifying & developing talent)
Manage operations budget
Manage operations of terminal to ensure quality services and outputs whilst compliant with SHE standards
Interact with customers/clients and internal parties e.g. commercial team to drive for effective communication and delivery of needs and requirements
Liaise and coordinate with external partners, e.g. government bodies and internal management team on incident reporting and the like
Site Main Controller during an emergency absence of Terminal Manager.

Skills Required:: |
Skills and experience required
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
MUST have 8 years relevant experience gained from a Petrochemical Storage Terminal, EPC or OIL & GAS industry.
Good knowledge of operations, site, and terminal capability
Good product and Marine knowledge
Keen awareness of underlying customer needs and prevailing industry/
market trends and practices
Ability to manage multiple party communication and operate under stress critical
Depth and breath of general managerial experience
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills critical |
