| Job Description: |
The principle activities for this role are:
• Solving technical mechanical and electrical problems that may arise during construction of a major water project.
• Analyzing laboratory and testing reports
• Conducting oversight of risks and solutions in the implementation of the project
• Preparing contract administration procedures
• Organizing public authority procedures and interpret statutes, codes, ordinances and regulations
To be considered candidates will need to satisfy the following selection criteria:
• Minimum 15 years demonstrable experience in supervision and management of pumping facilities installation and outfall erection, surface, ground water, storm water management projects, drainage networks, infrastructure and environment projects.
• Experience in coordinating and monitoring all M&E aspects with Civil designs and construction to achieve compliance with the specifications and quality requirements
• Experience in managing, directing, planning, and coordinating all administrative and fiscal aspects to the M&E works of major infrastructure projects.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited University and posses a Professional Engineering Registration from a recognized Professional Institution.
• Possession of a work license from the State of Qatar General Electricity & Water Authority would be advantageous.
