We have a vacancy for a Marketing & Sales Manager (with experience mainly in relevant industry or other industry) for our companies in Uganda and Tanzania
Our group is a progressive group and has operations in Eastern and Central Africa and provides its customers with value added products , services and innovative solutions. We serve multiple industries through their diverse product range. Our business portfolio comprises of Aluminium, Steel and Plastics Industries involved in aluminium metling, casting, rolling, machining, plastics recycling, extrusion and rotomoulding.
Job Responsibilities:
Relationship with existing clients and new business development , leading the team , achieving sales target through the team and motivating the team.
Handling all type of sales work in accordance with industry.
Should be able to provide direction & leadership to a multi locational sales team.
Understand the companys business plan , strength and competitive advantage
Analyse the market , competition and growth potential of the company
Create business opportunities
Make presentations to develop market
Organize and participate in seminars
Planning and executing sales trends to maintain leadership position ( brand ) in competitive market.
Appointment of dealers and expansion of network.
Support and manage sales team , including training and motivating it towards agreed objectives and achievement of the prescribed target within an allocated budget.
Lead a team of sales managers , sales executives and officers for achieving individual as well as state targets.
We are looking for a talented , experienced , enthusiastic , self-motivated individual who is willing to take up challenges and possess:
- Excellent team leading skills
- Excellent communication skills and speak fluent English and Hindi
- Experience of planning sales promotion campaigns
- Ability to handle launch of new products.
-Should have relevant sales and marketing experience in related industry or mainly in industry.
