Scan SN in SME, check for return count, and customer symptom
Do VMI (visual Mechnical Inspection) for MB and sort out CID
Verify customer symptom by connecting MB , CPU , Memory , Monitor, Adapter and other necessary fixture to test customer symptom
If custoemr symptom is duplicated, then send to MB repair tech
If no symptom or data , Connect fixtures with MB , CPU , Memory , Monitor, Adapter to test for power on, no video, or no post.
Visual Mechanical Inspection, Verify customer symptom, Basic function test.
