| Job Description: |
• Approve of the PVV and lay out engineering activities performed by the contractor evaluation: timely approval of lay out in line with specifications.
• Check the engineering documents developed by the contractor, and timely give comments and / or approval
Evaluation: timely approval of contractor documents
• Answer contractors/vendors queries – Promote innovative solutions – control deviations
Evaluation: timely approval of lay out in line with specifications.
• Team work with other disciplines for transverse documents and reviews (lay-out, PIDs)
Evaluation: timely commenting of documents
• Elaborates the integration philosophy for PVV equipment, assists package manager for transverse integration issues (such as structural, lay-out and routing).
Evaluation: quality of preparation of integration works
• Define the requirements for the factory acceptance test and certification
Evaluation: Completeness of quality book
• Liaise with corrosion and material specialists (on call)
Evaluation: timely anticipation of HQ assistance requirement
• Participates to technical evaluation of tenders
Evaluation: quality of clarifications with contractor in his field of expertise
• Follow fabrication, installation and start up of main equipment up to the performance test.
Evaluation: End product quality record
• Reports to engineering manager |
Skills Required:: |
- Must Engineer Degree or Equivalent;
- The applicant has 10 years of experience in P V V Engineering and Construciton and has experience in piping modication works in mandatory.
Knowledge:
- E & P codes and Standards
- Fabrication / Construction
- Field modication works / hook-up
- Lay-out of offshore platforms
- Oil & Gas piping valve, vessels engineering.
Computer skills required (Word, Excel, power point).
