| Job Description: |
Our client is searching for an experienced eGaming Customer Service Manager to ensure the continuous high quality of the customer service support provision. You will be responsible for the following:
Developing support provision and take a proactive approach toward existing and potential members.
Accountable for the efficiency and productivity of the department.
Preparation and control the annual budget. (hiring costs, training, working hours etc.)
Implement new systems / projects/ procedures according to the needs of the company/department.
Accountable for crisis procedures implementation including delicate cases.
Information according to the needs of the department. (feedback ,volume, key areas raised by member of staff and customers)
Oversee the Recruitment, Turnover, Rota and other trends accordingly.
Directly manage the Team leaders
For high standard training levels
You will have experience of at least 3 years experience managing a high volume contact centre including managing Team leaders / managers.
You will ideally have eGaming experience.
You will possess experience in influencing, motivating and inspiring colleagues. Be service oriented while having business awareness, and the ability to identify and solve complicated problems.
