Our client is searching for a Customer Service Manager (Poker) who is a native speaker of Dutch to help with the running of the poker website. You will be expected to design and co ordinate a community of poker players and ultimately establish a support team in this aim (Moderators, Coaches, Hand Judges, Translators, Editors). You will take direct responsibility for the content and the functioning of the online environment and function closely with the other departments to achieve company objectives and for large multi-division projects. You will ensure the continuous transfer of translatable content & new features to your language, not only through operative work but also through the assembly & supervision of a team of translators and speakers. You will provide direct support to the community on the poker forum as well as the assembly of a moderator team.
You will have exceptional knowledge of your native language including creative writing skills and grammar. You will have extensive experience in at least 2 of the following areas:
1) Poker - Provision of information concerning new content, features and campaigns via news tickers, forums and newsletters for the community
2) Forums, Chats and Online Communities - Direct management of the community in the forum and the compilation of a team of both voluntary and professional experts to answer poker-related questions
3) Editorial Area - You are responsible for the creation of editorial content as well as to publicize news on recent events on the website
You will ideally have experience in the leadership and motivation of teams and certainly possess a high degree of responsibility and loyalty. Being an important backbone of communication between the company and the online community, you are very service and goal oriented.
