Identify and implement continual improvement to the credit control function infrastructure to ensure the effective execution of best practice global credit control

Facilitate best practice sharing across the global credit control function
Within region ensure the team carry out:
- timely and effective invoicing
- achieve set cash collection target
- accurately forecast cash receivables
- accurately diagnose customer queries and resolve through internal escalation
- accurate ledger maintenance
Carry out regular key account reviews
Build strong client relationships
Tactical and immediate implementation of solutions to country/business/customer collection problems including risk mitigation tools.
-People Management accountabilities
• Identify and recruit internal/external talents to ensure effective mix of competencies
• Induct new joiners in order to quickly maximise performance
• Set and communicate team/individual objectives and KPI to inspire individuals to achieve high performance
• Allocate work load to fully utilise every employee’s talent
• Implement development plans and coach for individuals to reach their maximum talent
• Provide regular constructive feedback on performance/development and address poor/mediocre performance on a timely manner
• Recognise high performers to maintain motivation and retain key talent
• Regularly communicate on company news and team progress against business plan
• Create team spirit

Skills Required:: |
• Academic and professional qualifications: Degree / Diploma Holder
• Experience
- More than 5 years of relevant experience
• Travel requirements- Is there a requirement to travel in the role?
- Base in Singapore or Manila
-Minimal travel requirements, once or twice a year
