Junior/Intermediate Architect
Small, design-oriented, New York firm seeks highly motivated intermediate level architect with 3 to 7 years of professional experience for a temporary position in Abu Dhabi (starting April 27th, for the duration of one week). The position will involve accompanying design principal to project meetings, taking minutes and doing CAD work. Candidate must have strong Autocad skills, solid understanding of drawing coordination and management and work well as part of a team.
Requirements:
• At least 4 years of professional experience
• Strong Autocad skills (2005 or higher)
• Ability to set up and manage CAD drawings for each project
• Understanding of project scheduling
• Experience in Consultant communication and coordination
• Ability to produce Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents
• Basic to excellent detailing skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
