We are seeking a Senior Marketing and Business Development Executive who has extensive experience and a proven track record ain leading a team that markets what we create. This is a strategic growth role for our organization. This job would require a person who can:
1.Oversee all marketing activities for an organization`s products and/or services. Develops marketing strategies, evaluates market conditions and recommends policy changes to encourage maximum sales activity. Directs and coordinates company sales and marketing functions.
2. Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets across product lines to ensure maximum results for financial and human capital available.
Work with existing team to determine our customer needs beyond current products and services. Monitoring competitor activity. Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
3.Determine new products to add to the line and continuously upgrade existing products. This includes identifying pricing, packaging, and commission structures to meet the market, and mesh with the existing product line structure. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
4.Direct the efforts and supervise the creation of all literature and sales material that includes material to the customer or sales force, web sites, newsletter programs, brochures, trade shows etc. Develop consistent branding and labeling of products, services, and value.
5.Should have knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management, structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
Have an MBA degree,
And atleast 7 plus years related experience.
