| Job Description: |
Job responsibility includes inspection of new products, estimation, techno-commercial proposal, sales negotiation, contract execution, invoicing & collection.
Responsible for maintaining the profitability of contract & increasing revenues on regular contracts. In short effectively Target & manage such Sales & Service Contracts.
Follows up on leads generated by marketing activities; telephones or visits potential customers to discuss needs and provide product demonstrations. Develops referrals and makes contacts to other potential candidates in assigned territory. Attends and works trade shows for company in assigned territory.
Ensures contacts receive marketing literature and price catalogs; answers any questions and obtains any further information necessary for customers.
Assists customers with ordering information and configurations; provides quotations on customer requirements and provides appropriate follow up.
Reviews any questions or concerns ; Discusses any unique product configurations/problems with Customer Service, Engineering or Production as necessary.
Follows up with customers after receipt of their order; ensures equipment properly set up and functioning; verifies customer satisfaction and resolves any concerns.

Skills Required:: |
1.Bs. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other relevant filed.
2. Ability to Secure Deals.
3. Ability to Develop Good Relations with Customers. Creative and Opportunistic, with Knowledge of the Local Market, regional and international markets especially GCC.
4. Fire Fighting and Security Systems would be a plus.
5. Syrian national will to re-resident abroad.
6. Advanced Computer skills.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills.
8. Capacity to work under pressure, manage stress and adapt to rapidly evolving situations.
9. Sound time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
10. Team player, self-motivated and initiative taking, dedicated, creative, resourceful, flexible, energetic with sound judgment.
11.Two to three years relevant experiences.
