VINIRMA Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is a 3600 Human Resource Management Consulting and Staffing Services Organization with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Australia, USA, Singapore & India.
VINIRMA Consulting currently looking for Project Manager for one of our clients which is a leading Organization in Bahrain with the following skill set and terms and conditions.
Skill Set required:
a) Manage the end-to-end execution of the solution implementation.
b) Provide leadership and direction to the project team leaders and project teams.
c) Manage the various project teams and ensure that project milestones are met.
d) Ensure close liaison with external consultants who will be engaged in implementing the project.
e) Ensure that external consultants are performing in accordance with their contracted scope and within the quality measures agreed with company.
f) Manage the project operations as per the agreed project management methodology.
g) Control the project scope and monitor project work plans.
h) Ensure that all scope changes follow a rigorous Change Control process.
i) Co-ordinate resources throughout the project.
j) Assign project tasks and ensure execution as per the project work plan and schedules.
k) Facilitate the execution of critical project milestones including requirements confirmation and scoping, gap analysis, solution design, prototyping, unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, data cleansing and migration, production cut-over planning and infrastructure planning activities.
l) Assist in the agreement and implementation of improvements to business processes.
m) Ensure that project deliverables are developed and completed on schedule as per the agreed project execution plan.
n) Control costs and expenses to agreed budget.
o) Identify and manage critical resources on the project (dedicated as well as sourced from other business sources areas).
p) Report day-to-day project status to Programme/Applications Manager.
q) Report project status to the Project Board on weekly basis.
r) Propose any changes to planned activities to Programme/Applications and Project Board.
s) Ensure timely issue resolution and prompt escalations to the Project Board where required.
t) Ensure that all relevant application testing is completed in accordance with a pre-defined testing methodology incorporating adequate business scenarios and negative testing.
u) Ensure that all integration issues are addressed and resolved and that all requisite integration testing is completed.
v) Review the design and configuration of the proposed system to ensure compatibility with business requirements.
w) Manage the relevant issue and risk logs of the project and ensure that the appropriate mitigation actions are in place.
x) Ensure that the system acceptance criteria for application support and infrastructure and Database support are met by the project.
y) Effect a smooth handover of the implemented application to the Application support and Infrastructure/Database support team. This activity must be pursued by the project manager prior to issuing the project Final Acceptance.
z) Extensive IT project management experience with hands-on and preferably certification on PRINCE2 or a similar established project management methodology.
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years.
