Steel Structure (Welding) Engineer
Responsibilities:
Participate in the research for steel liner standards, stainless steel and other steel structure materials;
Communicate with the client and the design institute regarding substitution with domestic products and adjustment of steel liner drawings;
Provide guidance on steel liner automation welding technology;
Participate in the preparation of construction schemes including prefabrication, splicing, installation and hoisting of steel liners, prefabrication and installation of equipment airlock and penetrations of all kinds, prefabrication and installation of ring box beam;
Take responsibility for re-computation of deformation during overall hoisting of bottom steel liner, containment steel liner (part by part) and dome steel liner;
Participate in the organization, management and planning of secondary steel structure designs.

Skills Required:: |
Requirements:
Able to operate all kinds of office and drawing (CAD) softwares;
Good knowledge of steel structure work methodology;
Able to do structural stress and strain calculation in hoisting of large-scale elements;
At least 5 years experience in steel structures and welding procedures of nuclear power stations;
Good knowledge of EPR power station construction technologies;
Engineer Qualification Certificate.
