Planning management Engineer
Responsibilities:
Guide the establishment of planning management procedures (preparation, execution, follow-up and control), database planning and coding system, standard comprehensive control system including progress schedule, cost plan, procurement plan, resource plan, quality plan and any other plans and the bill of quantities data statistics information system; give guidance on preparing level 3 and level 4 construction schedules and provide technical examinations on a 6-month schedule and monthly schedule; carry out training of planning management, examine the subcontractor’s construction schedule execution status, guide and follow up with the 6-month schedule and monthly schedule, analyse delays and give relative solutions; update the planning schedule in line with the construction progress and changes;
Provide guidance on preparation, execution and tracking of specific planning such as room hand-over, finishing, stainless steel structure, pre-pressing, window & door installation, hole sealing, containment test, nuclear cleaning etc.; communication and coordination on construction schedule execution with external interface.

Skills Required:: |
Requirements:
Strong management and coordination ability.
Able to operate various softwares, including P3e.
Good ability for the preparation and management of nuclear power station construction schedules at all levels;
At least 5 years experience in power station construction management and knowledge of EPR power station construction processes;
Engineer Qualification Certificate. |
