Duties of Internship Program Specialist (Contract Intern):
In the Fall of 2009 the Qiushi Educational Service Company of Zhejiang University plans to launch a new internship program allowing international applicants to gain valuable international experience through paid internships at Chinese companies in a variety of fields and industries.
The primary job description of the Intern Program Specialist is to manage the promotion and advertising of the new program and assist the Foreign Affairs Director in the administration of the program. Specific job duties include:
Preparing program promotional materials
Researching and utilizing free and low cost advertising channels to promote program to specific applicants.
Managing website promotion and advertising of program
Opening and maintaining channels of communication with university career services offices
Managing communication with applicants and program participants to keep them informed every step of the way
Possible travel to participate in job fairs and information sessions
