Due to the increased workload within our Construction and Oil & Gas Divisions within the Middle East. We are Urgently looking for two Recruitment Consultants to join the relevant Divisions in our Head Office in Yarm in the North East England
Recruitment Consultant
Ability to identify candidates for requirements and also to successfully qualify these candidates.
Ability to mobilize candidates with limited assistance.
Demonstrate consistent performance in achieving call targets.
Demonstrate the correct use of IT systems and that all work is performed to relevant quality procedures.
Responsible for the identification of leads for business development purposes, and follow up on these leads under supervision of team leader/senior consultant where appropriate.
Day to day interaction with key clients.
