Our client is searching for a Team Leader whose responsibilities will include supporting the Head of Community Management by managing up to 5 Community Management Teams and to be hands on to maintain these language sites to ensure the quality of the site mirrors the company business model. KPI’s will focus on Community Managers’ performance and quality content, excellent customer delivery and growth. You will be responsible for ensuring that each Community Manager maintains a well produced and informative site.
The role demands a minimum of three year’s work experience in an online organization managing multiple teams. To advise on the aspects of Community Manager’s role - the role consists of three basic sectors:
I - Community Management:
Supporting the provision of community content in the form of forum participation, articles, newsletters, videos, campaigns, newstickers and videos. Delivery of excellent customer service and VIP programmes
II – Education and Products:
Supporting the educational content via written, live and visual means assisted by remote freelancers. To aid this you need to be a moderate online Poker player.
III – Localisation:
The facilitating translation of articles and written content; Quality Assurance; video scripting and dubbing. You will possess a basic knowledge of HTML and web designs
The CM Managers are usually educated to Degree level and work at two levels CM and Executive levels dependent on their experience. You will be required to assess and report back to the Head of Community Management on all aspects of the performance of the Community Managers under your remit, thus you will be -
§ Educated to Degree level
§ Minimum of three years online environment experience
§ Excellent command of English plus one other European language as native tongue
§ Good communication and management skills
§ People motivator and leader
§ Ability maintain multi team focus and performance
§ Basic user of content management systems
§ Moderate online Poker Player
§ Experience in working with remote teams
Salary is £38,000-48,000 per annum
