Conseil Santé have managed framework contracts for several years now and is currently preparing tenders for the European Commission’s new framework contracts.
Conseil Santé applied as consortium leader on the Lot 12, dedicated to Humanitarian aid, crisis management, and post-crisis assistance
We are interested in receiving CVs and statement of exclusivity of experts with at least 10 years experience in one of the fields of expertise described below, and who would be interested in being part of the network of expert that Conseil Santé will be working with. Please note that if you would like to be part of our network, your exclusivity is only required during the tender process. You cannot be exclusive to more than one consortium for any given lot.

Requirements:
- At least 10 years of professional experience in one of the fields of expertise listed below
- International work experience in 5 different countries or more
- A Master’s degree, or equivalent, in a field relevant to Lot 12
- Experience of EC-funded project will be a strong asset
Fields of expertise:
- Humanitarian aid needs assessment and emergency support needs assessment
- Mediation, conflict resolution, reconciliation, cease-fire, peace accords
- Media support in crisis situations
- Demobilisation, disarmament and reintegration
- Linking relief, rehabilitation and development
- Damage assessment / reconstruction planning
- Post-conflict transitional relief measures
- Logistical support to operations
- Disaster preparedness
- Civil protection |
