Skills Required:: |
Strategy and Visualization Skills:
* Ability to analyze business needs and applications.
* Ability to prepare a high level web design and have a complete process layout in place before execution
* Identify, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex software problems related to web design.
* Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
* Research for new techniques which can improve the delivery levels.
* Ability to master new techniques quickly and efficiently.
* Process and Timeline Oriented approach.
Technical Skills:
* Knowledge of Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and Image Ready.
* Knowledge of W3C, design standards like web 2.0 and other Usability (U.I.) standards
* Hands on experience of working on Tableless websites, PHP, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, DHTML, XHTML and CSS.
* Database design, development and Implementation skills essential.
* Good Understanding of CMS solutions like Drupal, Joomla, Wordpress and their implementation.
